Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account on SakinaMatch, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use SakinaMatch. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. The platform is exclusively a marriage introduction service and a faith-based matrimonial platform for Muslims seeking Nikah. It is not a casual dating service, social network, or entertainment platform.

3. Matrimonial Use Only

By using SakinaMatch, you agree to use the service lawfully and exclusively for genuine matrimonial purposes. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain respectful communication with all members, and use the platform in accordance with Islamic ethics and the spirit of Nikah.

4. Honest Profiles

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information on your profile. Creating fake, misleading, or duplicate profiles is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent banning.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban:

• Sharing explicit, suggestive, or adult content of any kind
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward other members
• Creating fake identities or impersonating another person
• Requesting or offering financial assistance to other members
• Using the platform for casual encounters or non-matrimonial purposes
• Sharing another member's personal information without their consent
• Using the platform for commercial solicitation or advertising
• Attempting to circumvent the verification or payment system
• Any conduct contrary to Islamic ethics or the spirit of Nikah

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Basic subscriptions are billed monthly. Premium subscriptions are billed every 3 months. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You will only be invited to subscribe after your profile has been verified and your first matches prepared — you are never charged automatically without consent. Subscriptions auto-renew on their respective billing cycle and can be cancelled at any time from your account settings.

7. Refund Policy

Refund requests may be considered where a duplicate payment occurred, a technical error prevented access to paid features, or a billing error resulted in an incorrect charge. Requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge. Refunds will not be granted for partial subscription use, account suspension due to policy violations, or general dissatisfaction unrelated to a technical fault. 8. Moderation & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these terms or our Community Guidelines, with or without notice. We also reserve the right to remove inappropriate content, investigate suspicious or fraudulent activity, and take any action necessary to protect the safety of our community.

9. Disclaimer

SakinaMatch is a matrimonial introduction service that facilitates introductions for the purpose of Nikah. We do not guarantee any particular outcome. Marriage is a matter of qadr (divine decree) — we simply try to make the process easier, in sha Allah.
