SakinaMatch offers premium memberships that unlock enhanced matrimonial platform features, including advanced profile visibility, enhanced communication tools, match preference filtering, and priority profile exposure. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis:
You will only be invited to subscribe after our admin team has verified your profile and prepared your first compatible matches. You are never charged automatically — every subscription is initiated by the member.
Refund requests will be considered where any of the following apply:
A duplicate or accidental payment occurred
A technical error on our platform prevented you from accessing paid features
A billing error resulted in an incorrect charge
You were charged after cancelling your subscription within the same billing cycle
How to request: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge. Contact us at support@sakinamatch.com with your account email and a description of the issue.
Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:
Partial use of a subscription period (e.g. deciding not to use the platform mid-month)
Account suspension or permanent ban resulting from violation of our Community Guidelines
General dissatisfaction with the platform unrelated to a technical fault or billing error
Failure to find a match — matchmaking outcomes cannot be guaranteed
Requests submitted more than 14 days after the charge date
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period, but you will retain full access until the period expires.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. SakinaMatch does not store or handle your card details directly. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary (typically 5–10 business days).
