SakinaMatch is an Islamic matrimonial platform — a marriage introduction service designed exclusively for Muslims seeking Nikah. We are not a casual dating service, social network, or entertainment platform. Every feature, policy, and decision is made with one goal: to help Muslims find a righteous spouse in a halal, dignified, and safe environment.
The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban:
Share explicit, suggestive, or adult content of any kind
Harass, threaten, or send offensive messages to other members
Create fake, misleading, or duplicate profiles
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
Request financial assistance or make financial offers to members
Promote casual relationships, inappropriate interactions, or non-marital encounters
Use the platform for any commercial solicitation or advertising
Share another member's personal information without their consent
Attempt to bypass identity verification or the subscription system
Engage in any conduct contrary to Islamic ethics or the spirit of Nikah
All members are expected to:
Communicate with all members respectfully and with dignity
Provide accurate and honest information on your profile
Use the platform exclusively for genuine Nikah (marriage) intentions
Report suspicious, abusive, or inappropriate activity to our team
Involve your wali (guardian) in serious marriage conversations
Respect the privacy and boundaries of fellow members
To maintain a respectful matrimonial environment, SakinaMatch actively monitors and moderates all activity on the platform.
Every profile is reviewed by our admin team before approval. We personally verify identity documents and cross-check character references.
Profile photos and public content are reviewed for compliance. Any explicit, inappropriate, or misleading content is removed immediately.
All members can report suspicious or inappropriate activity. Our team reviews every report personally and takes action within 24 hours.
Accounts that violate these guidelines may be warned, suspended, or permanently banned. We do not issue refunds for accounts removed due to policy violations.
Depending on the severity and frequency of violations, we may take the following actions:

If you witness conduct that violates these guidelines, please report it immediately. You can report directly from any member profile, or contact our moderation team.
